Human Resources (Core 2.1)

These standards generally are the concern of an organization's Human Resources department.  However, some organizations house some or all of these functions elsewhere (e.g., credentialing of clinical staff), so an organization should be careful to make sure that any employees with these human resources-like responsibilities undertakes training in these standards, regardless of his/her department or job title.
