These standards usually are the primary responsibility of employees of the IT department in most organizations.  Note, however, that these standards apply to electronic and paper information, so if issues such as P&Ps for the storage, maintenance, and destruction of paper documents are housed with other employee(s), those employees should be identified training in this module, as well.
