  • Facilitating Quality Management Committee meetings (e.g., preparing agenda, taking minutes, providing recommendations on quality projects)

  • Reviewing data/spreadsheets and preparing Quality Management Committee topic summaries (e.g., error reporting, complaints, compliance, quality of life results, HIPAA breaches)

  • Writing consumer facing materials (e.g., welcome packet, quality of life survey, satisfaction survey)

  • Writing human resources materials (e.g., job descriptions)

  • Writing training materials (e.g., health literacy training, cultural diversity training, HIPAA training, ethics in healthcare, code of conduct)

  • Performing risk assessments: security risk assessment, proactive risk assessment for dispensing accuracy, failure modes effects analysis (FMEA), etc.

  • Managing quality improvement projects and corrective action plans

  • Designing qualification testing process and/or performing qualification testing on site
